Under the Entrepreneur Support Programme — Business Development Call run by KOSGEB, entrepreneurs establishing or developing a business can receive up to 2 million TL in support.
- Support ceiling: up to 2 million TL.
- Credit financing support: up to 1 million TL in working capital, aimed at improving access to finance for women and young entrepreneurs.
- Additional allowance: a further 150,000 TL where the entrepreneur is a woman, a young person, a person with a disability, a veteran or a first-degree relative of a fallen serviceperson.
- 2026 application windows: 3–31 January and 20 April – 8 May.
