The Women Entrepreneurs Committee works to raise the visibility of women members in business and strengthen their representation where decisions are made. Success is measured by concrete outcomes in members’ businesses, not by the number of events held.
Why this committee?
The obstacles women entrepreneurs face are structural rather than technical: collateral problems in access to finance, late entry into supplier and customer networks, and the balance of work and care. These are solved by targeted programmes, not goodwill.
